The Bennington flag is a version of the U.S. flag associated with the American Revolution Battle of Bennington, from which it derives its name. Its distinguishing feature is the inclusion of a large '76' in the canton, a reference to the year 1776 when the Declaration of Independence was signed.

We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or trying it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges based on a few T&C's listed below:

Returns:

Customers may return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days from delivery date. Upon inspection of the item, customers will be issued a refund for the cost of the merchandise and sales tax associated with the transaction to the original form of payment. Shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded on returns made online or in-store. If a customer requests to return an item after 30 days, they will be issued store credit, upon inspection of the item.

We do not accept returns for sale items.

Exchange:

Customers may exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days from delivery date. Please include a note with your information and the item you would like to exchange for.

We do not provide exchanges for sale items.
