Refund policy
At Side Action Apparel, we strive to make online shopping a smooth and hassle-free experience.
We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or trying it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges based on a few T&C's listed below:
Returns:
Unworn and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days from delivery date. Customers are responsible for covering shipping cost back to our facility. Customers will be issued a refund for the cost of the merchandise and sales tax associated with the transaction to the original form of payment. Shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded on returns made in store or online.
• Final Sale, Last Call, Tribute and Street Signs are not eligible for return or exchange and are not subject to price adjustment.
• Products created for collaborations or special events cannot be returned+ unless they're defective.
• Returns can be made in store for a refund to the original form of payment or email Support@sideactionapparel.com
Our returns take up to 10-14 business days to process after we receive the item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to post your account depending on your bank or financial institution.
Exchanges:
We’re a small business, and with rising costs here in California, we’ve had to adjust our exchange process. If you’d like to exchange an item, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and arranging shipment back to our facility. Once we receive the items and complete the exchange process, we will ship it back to you.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support.
Customers may exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days from delivery date. Please include a note with your information and the item you would like to exchange for.

We do not provide exchanges for sale/tribute items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale/Tribute/Street Signs items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/tribute, street Signs items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
